walk-in patient. Clinic appointments can be made by calling 570-931-1550 or using our online appointment scheduler. -
In-person Case Management services are available by appointment only.
-
Both Clinics and Case Management offer telehealth services for those in need of a virtual visit.
This is a healthcare setting. As per the CDC and Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines, all visitors entering our offices will be required to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status. Before entry, temperatures will be taken and symptom screening questions will be asked.
